Shipping policy
All orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Shipments within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 1-8 business days from the date of shipment, not including Alaska and Hawaii. The estimated delivery dates shown during checkout reflect the average shipping time. Please note these dates are estimated by the shipper and are not guaranteed.
Your package will be shipped via UPS, United States Postal Service, or FedEx. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your package. You can also track your package by logging into your account and viewing your order history details. A signature may be required upon delivery. Refused or undeliverable items are subject to a $15 fee and a new shipping fee to be resent. If the package is lost in the return process, the items are not eligible for a refund. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee. Contact orders@myclinicalskincare to request any shipping changes prior to shipment. Once an item is shipped, no changes can be made.
Orders containing regulated materials for domestic transport (Class ORM-D), such as aerosols, may only be shipped via ground transportation within the Continental U.S. Please allow additional time for delivery.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: Recycling is important to us. We do everything we can to ensure the packing materials we receive are put to good use, including reusing boxes and packing materials whenever possible. If something can’t be reused, it is recycled. The package you receive from us may have another brand on the box or packing materials. Rest assured, we will include a packing slip so you know the package is from us.
Customer service and shipping services may not be available on weekends or holidays. As a small business, we do our best to fulfill your orders quickly and will communicate any anticipated delays as soon as possible.
