Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER A PRODUCT IS SHIPPED.
Please read this entire policy carefully prior to purchase. Proceeding with your purchase indicates agreement with this policy.
We are a small business and do our best to provide a high-quality experience with every purchase. For the safety of our customers and to ensure the authenticity of the product, we cannot risk that products were stored improperly or tampered with prior to return. As a result, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued after a product is shipped. If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, see our Shipping Policy for details. Although rare, we understand that the pump or other mechanism related to the product may be defective or the product may be damaged in shipping. Please note that some pumps require priming prior to use. The product not dispensing immediately upon first use is not a defect. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for use and storage.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 14-day exchange policy. The purchaser has 14 days after delivery of a paid product to contact us to request an exchange of the exact same product. Free products, gifts with purchase, and prizes are not eligible for exchange. The product must be defective or damaged upon receipt and unused to be eligible for an exchange. For this reason, ensure that all products are functional and undamaged upon receipt, even if you do not plan to use them immediately. Damage to the shipping package or outer manufacturer's packaging of the product does not qualify for exchange if the product itself is undamaged. Take photos and/or video of the damaged or defective product immediately after opening it to demonstrate the problem in order to support your claim, including the lot number if there is one. If the lot number on the product returned does not match the product shipped to you, or if the product is substantially used or empty, the product will be discarded, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Requests for an exchange beyond the 14-day exchange window will be denied regardless of the reason for delay. No more than 3 individual products will be approved for exchange within a 365-day period by the same customer account, the same credit card, the same billing, and/or the same shipping address. Requests for return or exchange due to delay in determining an issue, changing your mind, ordering the wrong product, finding the product at a lower cost elsewhere, spilling the contents of the bottle, sensitivity to the product, nearing the expiration or sell-by date, an allergy or allergic reaction, dislike of the product, lack of results, worsening of your condition, or any other reason aside from damage or defect of the product itself upon receipt as described above will be denied. Please select your products for purchase carefully with this in mind.

DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT UNTIL YOUR EXCHANGE IS APPROVED.
If your exchange is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The product being exchanged must be received within 14 days of approval. Products received without first requesting an exchange will be discarded, and no exchange or refund will be issued. Depending on the product, it may be returned to us or directly to the manufacturer. If the exchange process involves the manufacturer, we are not responsible for any delays in processing your exchange. The exchange will not be processed until the product is received and determined to be eligible for exchange at our sole discretion. Products denied for exchange will not be returned unless you pay return shipping costs. Products returned to the manufacturer will be approved and processed according to their respective policies. Products received beyond the 14-day exchange window after approval will be discarded, and no exchange or refund will be issued.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders canceled prior to shipment are eligible for a full refund back to the same method of payment. Requests to submit the refund to another method of payment cannot be accommodated.
